About the Company



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with construction and project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a busy team of Project Managers both in the office and on-site. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating project execution, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities




Serve as a primary point of contact for project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assist Project Managers in developing and documenting project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain detailed project plans and documentation, including estimates, RFPs, contracts, POs, change orders, invoices, and closure documents.
Organize and participate in site meetings; document and follow up on risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
Track project progress, budgets, expenses, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Communicate and manage risks or issues that may impact timelines or quality.
Support procurement activities and monitor delivery schedules.
Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee work quality and safety compliance.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and document scanning.




Skills and Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in construction, with strong knowledge of scheduling and budgeting.
Proficiency in Procore (must be familiar with most tools within the platform).
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project; familiarity with Net Suite is an asset.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Valid G Driver’s License, access to a vehicle, and clean driving record.
Knowledge of safety standards and relevant regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
