Job Description Developing IAM strategies, designing architecture, and overseeing the implementation of IAM projects to ensure the security and efficiency of systems and data Role Description: - Define IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards - Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, and multi-factor authentication - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals - Conduct assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement - Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, technologies, and industry trends - Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions- Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM -related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Competencies: Cyber Security - IAM Professional Services Experience (Years): 6-8   Essential Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - Proven experience as an IAM Solution Architect or similar role - In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices - Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as Sail Point, Okta, Azure AD, or similar - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications) are a plus
