Who You Are:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting top talent to meet staffing requirements through fully understanding the knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours required to deliver

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Stay up to date with recruitment best practices, understanding developments in recruitment technology, and apply that knowledge to continually iterate processes for operational efficiency
Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to improve quality of hire, support ATS/CRM improvements, adapt and integrate new tools, drive recruiting's commitment to data integrity and consistency
Strategize recruiting volume forecasting and headcount planning
Lead creative and strategic candidate sourcing plans to provide a diverse and high-caliber pipeline of talent to the Business Leaders and HR team
Manage and the recruitment life cycle including passive candidate attraction, applicant screening, first round interviews, and candidate presentations to the HR team

Requirements for consideration:
3+ years of recruiting management experience
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience sourcing and closing profiles in executive level positions
Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing epic talent

Location: This is a remote role

Salary: Starting at $25/hour

Position Type: Contractor up to 20 hours per week with ability to move to full time
