.Position SummaryAs the Aquatics Supervisor, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. This position assists in managing and training all Aquatics Team Members. You will help members and guests by providing great customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guestsResponds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and proceduresEnsures we have the highest level of programmingPromotes Life Time swim program Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent6 months of customer service experience1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience1 year of lifeguarding experience6 months of head guard or supervising experienceLifeguard and First Aid certifiedSuccessfully complete and pass all Life Time courses upon hireAbility to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of timeAbility to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and servicesAbility to swim 25 yards/meters without stoppingAbility to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs Preferred RequirementsSome college or working towards a 4 year degreeIf you are contacted regarding a job opportunity, please let us know of any accommodations needed to meet your accessibility needs during the recruitment process.
