CAN YOU DO THESE THINGS?and Operations: This role will collaborate with the Regional Manager and sales team on identifying sales growth strategies unique to the market. This role will help to establish sales targets, working directly with sales TSMs to manage performances to key objectives and values-based behaviours. & Initiative Management: This position will ensure that the Inside Sales team is leveraged appropriately to ensure maximum territory growth. In addition to leveraging corporate programs and communications scoped to meet the needs of the unique market. Analytics/Reporting: This role is the super user that will leverage available sales tools and technology (Power BI, Salesforce), sharing this knowledge through support and training for sales TSMs. In addition this role will help manage whitespace initiatives. As the super user of sales technology this role will be responsible for providing quotes as required to secure the business. & Meeting Management: This role will be responsible for co-organizing and facilitating all sales meetings, co-creating CE events and curriculum with regional manager, specialists, vendors and KOLs, as well as trade show co-organizing, attendance and support. Marketing: Develop and deploy all social media related communications. In addition to working with marketing and merchandising on BC relevant promotions. Equipment: This position is the key branch liaison between the Equipment Coordinator, Equipment Sales Specialists, CAD/CAM Specialists, Install Team and all corresponding required training. Administration: Manage all approvals for sales credits, re-assignments, as well as strategize on the management of aging inventory. THE QUALIFICATIONS You have at least three years’ experience in sales leadership, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline. You have a proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share from your previous positions. You have strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match, working in sales databases. You have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a customer centric environment. You are comfortable as the sales leadership example for others. Your favourite words are sales manager, sales, manager, regional, management, Salesforce, healthcare, sales professional, dental and dental careers.
