Integris is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team. Along with the HR Team, you will act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics. You will undertake a wide range of Human Resources related work, like employee relations, orientation and onboarding, as well as full cycle recruitment and retention. The successful applicant will focus on a number of key accountabilities and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Liaises as a point of contact for managers and staff in assigned business units.
Partners with managers and staff on employee relations matters including performance management, conflict resolution, attendance management, return-to-work protocols, and progressive discipline.
Develops and maintains relationships that support the promotion and development of HR services.
Oversees the talent management process in assigned business units and ensures procedures are followed.
Provides business unit support in the areas of recruitment, salary administration, role description development, talent management, training and development, and organizational change.
Delivers timely, clear communication on HR initiatives, news, and updates to assigned business units.
Maintains organizational knowledge and provides data-driven advice and information to managers in assigned business units.
Ensures occupational health & safety obligations and requirements are met and achieved by business units by providing oversight and performing regular audits.

The selected candidate will have a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to:
Degree/diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
CPHR designation preferred;
Experience with the full recruitment cycle an asset;
3+ year’s HR experience with exposure to Canadian/Provincial employment law and human rights legislation or;
An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.

Finally, a valid driver’s license is required as frequent travel to all Integris branch locations is a necessary aspect of this position.
