You’ll be the driving force behind a world-class gaming experience, ensuring our offering stays ahead of the curve. What You’ll Be Doing:
Define and lead the overall casino content and promotional strategy
Own and optimize the casino lobby layout and UX for player engagement
Work closely with Product, CRM, VIP, Design, and Compliance teams to deliver seamless, high-performing campaigns
Lead content calendar planning and promotion execution, ensuring consistent delivery of exciting, player-centric campaigns
Monitor performance data to continuously refine offerings and drive growth
Identify content gaps and opportunities in partnership with game providers and internal stakeholders
Champion player segmentation and personalization across promotions
Set KPIs, track performance, and iterate on roadmap initiatives What We’re Looking For:
5–10+ yearsin asenior casino or promotions management rolewithinsocial casino ,crypto i Gaming , orregulated real-money gaming
Strong understanding ofcasino operations ,game content management , andpromotion mechanics
Hands-on experience with casino lobby configuration, bonus tools, and promotion mechanics
Proven success inlobby optimizationandplayer engagement strategies
Data-driven with experience in campaign performance analysis and ROI optimization
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Based in a location aligned with US time zones
