Description

Andreis Financial is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Administrative Assistant to support our financial advisors with day-to-day administrative and client service operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in a professional, client-focused financial services environment. A current Ontario securities license is required for this position. Experience with the Manulife Securities CIRO (formerly IIROC) platform is considered an asset, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to licensed insurance and securities advisors.
Maintain and update client files in accordance with Ontario regulatory, compliance, and privacy standards.
Prepare, process, and track investment and financial documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Schedule client appointments and manage advisor calendars.
Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email.
Support adherence to FSRA and CIRO regulatory guidelines.
Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Contribute to office organization and help improve internal workflows and operational systems.
Licensing and Experience
An active Ontario securities license (e.g., CSC, CPH + required Manulife Securities approvals) is required.
Familiarity with the Manulife Securities CIRO/IIROC platform is an asset, but not mandatory.
Previous experience in financial services, investments, and administrative support. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of client confidentiality, privacy legislation, and Ontario compliance requirements.
