They are responsible to manage legacy fleet maintenance for different rail fleet in the Toronto area Summary of the role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Manager to oversee document control administration for our customer Legacy Fleet Maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, manage policies and procedures, ensure document integrity, and implement effective document management practices.Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with HSE policies. Manage document management process, including archiving. Establish procedural framework for controlled documents. Develop security protocols for document access and storage. Write and maintain document control procedures. Implement management control system in line with business standards. Manage documents in Aconex and verify data accuracy. Coordinate transmission of controlled documentation. Ensure ISO9001 compliance for standard documents. Oversee internal document control requests and retrieval. Promote documentation control principles. Develop KPIs and present data. Prepare reports for senior management. Comply with company policies and guidelines. Organize SharePoint filing framework aligned with project deliverables. Manage project schedules.
Qualifications:
Strong rapport-building skills with team and unionized maintenance personnel. 5-7 years of Document Control or related experience. Proficiency in MS Project. Prior team management experience. Familiarity with ISO9001 compliance. Experience with Aconex and document control software. Diploma or degree in relevant field. Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in a unionized environment. Familiarity with industries like Aerospace. Knowledge of rail equipment and rail industry experience.
