Reporting to executive leadership, the Senior Director will drive operational excellence, foster team engagement, and support national growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts
Optimize processes, performance KPIs, and resource planning
Champion employee development, recruitment, and retention strategies
Ensure superior client service, satisfaction, and long-term retention
Support business development and digital innovation initiatives
Oversee compliance, risk management, and audit preparation Requirements
15+ years of experience in pension administration or related field
5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large teams
Strong understanding of pension regulations, strategy, and service delivery
Proven track record of operational leadership and client success
Bilingualism (English required; French an asset)
