Position Title: Planning Session Agent (Bilingual/Unilingual)Tentative Start date Tentative October (Ongoing contract for 6 months tentatively, possible perm or extension of contract) Address: 80 Aberdeen St. Ottawa, ON -work on-site in the office Requirement: Customer service experience and be eligible for security clearance (should be residing in Canada for at least 5 years more) Rate: $22.00/hour + 4%vacation pay + stats (no other benefits) Training Hours 8 am – 4 pm (for 3 weeks) THEN - Hours of Work will be: 7.5hrs per day, Monday to Friday/ between 8 am to 8 pm (Must be available for a variety of shifts starting at 8 AM and working as late as 8 PM) (37.5hrs a week) Role Overview We are looking for Planning Session Agents who will provide relocation policy advice to our customers through scheduled planning sessions across different channels – telephone, video call, and chat. All relocation advice must be administered within the prescribed Relocation Directive, while also meeting the expected level of service as required based on our Service Level Agreement.What You'll Be Doing Deliver a daily average of six to seven 30-minute planning sessions as requested by Customers Record detailed notes for each planning session in the Customer’s profile for future review Review and reconcile relocation files, ensuring compliance with the Relocation Directive Review Customer’s submitted expense claims while providing guidance as to what is required for future claims submissions Contact appropriate individuals for urgent and emergency requests to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner Various administrative tasks including record-keeping and data entry What You BringProfessional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work flexible hours as required Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously, i.e., email, telephone, video call, and chat Good interpersonal and communication skills Superior customer service skills and orientationNote: Other similar roles within the same company are available as well.If interested and qualified, Please share your updated resume at #MON
