Part-time Office Administrator (up to 24 hours/week)
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative support and office services for the company. This includes but is not limited to coordinating and communicating office activities, reception duties, shipping and receiving, supplies and stationery, and general troubleshooting. Integrity and strong attention to detail are crucial for this role.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team
Manage relationships with 3rd party providers such as building management, outside contractors, cleaners, suppliers
Prepare company correspondence as necessary
Assist with new employee orientation
Health & Safety coordination (paperwork)
Ensure office supplies are ordered, stocked, maintained (including kitchen supplies)
Keeping the kitchen tidy and well stocked (water, milk, soap, paper towel, dishwasher tablets, sponges, coffee/tea)
Tidy the meeting rooms
Photocopies, files, and manages documents as necessary
Orders/arranges for food and beverages for meetings and daily lunch
Plan and coordinate office events and parties
Assist with travel coordination and booking
Contribute to other company projects and goals that may not be a part of your daily tasks
SKILLS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
2+ years Administrative Experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
Exceptional organizational / time management skills
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
