Company Description

The Menopause Weight Method helps Women experiencing unexpected weight gain due to hormonal changes associated with peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.  



We help them by being the detective to find out why they are not losing weight and what can be done to reverse it.  We do so by completing elaborate lab testing and nutrigenomic genetic testing to provide answers to each individual.  They then have a framework set out in our online curriculum to educate them regarding the hormonal changes that occur in the  body and the importance of dietary and lifestyle changes geared towards weight loss, anti-aging and improved health.  This is paired with live weekly group coaching and individualized visits to keep them accountable and successful in their journey.



The change we want to make is to empower women with knowledge and the confidence to make lifelong health decisions that will transform their lives so they are so they are the best person, spouse, mother, daughter, individual possible.

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Sales & Enrolment Coordinator. The Sales and Enrolment Coordinator is responsible for guiding prospective clients through the Menopause Weight Method enrolment journey with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. This role involves conducting sales assessment calls with new potential clients, helping them determine whether the program is right for them, and supporting them in the enrolment process. When a client chooses to join the program, the Coordinator completes their enrolment, payment, and contract on the same call.

For women who choose to follow up instead of enrolling immediately, the Coordinator maintains consistent, supportive communication—scheduling follow-up calls, nurturing the relationship, and ensuring they stay engaged through our nurture email list.

Once clients enroll, the Coordinator ensures they receive timely access to the Menopause Weight Method program materials and facilitates a smooth handover to their assigned coach.

The ideal candidate for this role is a woman who excels at asking thoughtful, deep questions, listens actively and with compassion, and demonstrates strong skills in objection handling and conversational, service-oriented closing.



Responsibilities
Conduct sales assessment calls with prospective clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
Complete same-day enrolment tasks, including processing payment links and sending/collecting contract agreements through Go High Level.
Maintain organized and timely follow-up using Google Sheets to track potential clients, next steps, and nurture sequences.
Manage the email inbox (Gmail/GSuite/Go High Level), ensuring timely replies, follow-ups, and client communication.
Oversee calendar scheduling for sales calls, follow-ups, and internal meetings using Google Calendar.
Update weekly metrics in the company scorecard by pulling accurate data from multiple platforms.
Ensure newly enrolled clients receive program access and coordinate a smooth handoff to their assigned coach.
Attend weekly team meetings via Zoom and communicate daily with the team through Slack.
Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to internal processes to ensure consistent client experiences.



Qualifications
English 1st language 
At least 2 years previous experience in a sales, enrolment, or customer service roles is preferred (within an online business is a bonus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important in order to work well with team members and clients
Computer skills - able to learn new software, use google docs, and Zoom proficiently
Proficiency in Enrolment Management and Credentialing processes
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity
Good organizational and time management skills
